Virtual PD: Restorative Justice and Classroom Management

Description: Creating restorative spaces, mindset and culture enable students, staff and families to feel safe, included and engaged in the classroom. In this session we will explore what makes a classroom environment restorative and what to consider when designing your area to support youth engagement, safe brain-based learning spaces, healthy community building practices and Social Emotional Learning. In this session participants will have an opportunity to explore resources and design your own restorative classroom and/or school spaces.

All professional development sessions teach skills and practices that you can implement immediately.
