Do you want the capacity to respond in the moment of conflict and create connection with people when situations feel like they are escalating quickly without resolution? We invite teachers, administrators and school staff to join us for an interactive session where you will have the opportunity to self-reflect when faced with intense conflict and build capacity to respond (not react), learn communication skills to call on when emotions are high, and untangle the power struggle loop to hold both connection and boundaries.
